Payments and Refunds

+ While we display multiple currencies in our shop, your final order will be processed in Australian dollars.

+ We are unable to offer change of mind refunds, as all our products are food items.

+ If your product arrives damaged, or if you believe it to be faulty, please email us at info@wondersnack.com.au , subject line 'returns', and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

AUSTRALIAN Freight and Deliveries

+ Orders are dispatched twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

+ Parcels sent to metro areas in the Eastern Seaboard usually takes up to 3 days to arrive; however please allow for up to 5 days in case of unforeseen delays.

+ For WA, NT, Far North Queensland and regional areas, please allow for up to 10 working days.

+ The Wondersnack Company is not responsible for for any undelivered or late deliveries. Once it leaves our hands, we have no control over the logistics of the delivery. You will be emailed a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel.

+ Please note The Wondersnack Co. is not liable for any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Additionally, The Wondersnack Co. does not assume responsibility for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been sent.

INTERNATIONAL Freight and Deliveries

+ International orders may take up to 15 working days to arrive at your destination. You will be issued with a tracking number once your order leaves us.

+ Unfortunately, we can’t ship to some countries. If you need further information on this please email us at info@wondersnack.com.au

INTERNATIONAL taxes, duties, and/or customs

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duties and/or customs charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

The Wondersnack Co. does not have any control over these charges and we are unable to advise what they will be as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. The Wondersnack Co. cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and The Wondersnack Co. will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence or refund your purchase.

The Wondersnack Co. reserves the right to make changes to product availability, pricing, freight and handling fees, at any time. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible prior to, and should, any of the stated changes be implemented.
